We moved in 5 years ago, before the new management.
It's affordable and decent, and in the middle of town. A church at either end of the street. Directly across the street from Walmart, which is not as bad as it seems. Located in between Nixas Main street and the highway that turns into Campbell in Springfield. The new manager has been raising rent a little, but also really fixing the place up. Brand new pool and park, but local kids come by and abuse them.
