AVOID

AVOID. The management is LAZY and RUDE. They have gone out of their way to make living there an absolute pain. They are cheap for a reason. I moved into a newly remodeled unit and had all problems. Broken locks on windows, plastic baseboards coming off, shower walls coming off, they ruined the bathtub before I even moved in, and the hot water is not connected right in any room.

Decent Apartments, Decent Prices

The apartment buildings have only two floors, so it's a very small complex; but I believe it's also more convenient because you don't have to walk up and down more than one flight of stairs. There is a brand new pool that was just remodeled this summer and all new lounge chairs and tables in the pool area. I like that there's a code for the laundry room so people that aren't residents can't get in. I just think it should be free (it's $1.50 per wash and dry). I moved into a fully renovated one... bed/one bath apartment for $500 per month (plus $20 pet fee). So, the prices are pretty decent for what you get. My complaints would be that I don't like that there's no workout facility or fenced in dog play area. There's not many places to take your dog walking around the complex. Overall, the apartments are not bad at all.
