Republic Palms Apartments

I have only lived at Republic Palms for almost a year, but their speed in which they were able to get me into an apartment, that was not only exactly what I looking for in size, but also incredibly priced was next to none. The community is great, it's pet friendly and they take every precaution to make sure your pet is safe if they have to enter into your apartment for maintenance. From the front office staff, to the Maintenance team, everyone I have interacted with has been a class act.

In my time living at the Republic Palms I have had an overall good experience. The property is well maintained and fairly priced. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue it has been resolved quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to reside.
Amenities galore including free water, sewer, trash and HIGH SPEED INTERNET!!!!!!!
On site fitness center and pool and a great staff to oversee everything.
Lisette the complex manager is always very helpful and kind.
I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for something centrally located in town close to everything you could need.

I have been living at the Palms for a year now and have enjoyed my time here. For the most part, my neighbors are quiet and friendly. Lisette and the other staff members have always been super kind.
If there has been maintenance issues, the maintenance staff comes and fixes my problem in a timely fashion.
The space I rent is nice and spacious for how many square feet it is.

I really enjoy renting at this apartment complex, the neighbors are all good people and I enjoy using the pool comes summer! They have a basketball court and the apartments are all really nice and comfortable/quiet.
