Very good environment! From experience on multiple places, capital is very diverse and open with clients for lease! That being said, capital has very knowledgeable employees for any obstacles that get thrown your way!

Really great place to live. Anytime we submit a service ticket, it's responded to and fixed promptly. Plus Bryce is great and helpful over the course of over 2 years of us living here.

Been here more than 5 years now, still a great place to live! Started in a one bedroom, then upgraded to the two bedroom- next upgrade for me is the townhome!!

Pot holes in parking lot One single dumpster residents dont pick up dog poop especially in common areas
