Moved in apartment February 25, since then neighbor below me, cursed me through the floors, played very loud music until 5am nightly. Told landlord about these issues and she made to believe these issues will be resolved. In May she indicated that neighbor below me was going to be evicted due to complaint made and neighbor continue nuisance. June neighbor directly behind me smoking marijuana nightly. Made complaint after complaint about this issue. Lanlord said there's nothing… she can do but for me to call the police. So, I did frequently, no resolution about marijuana smoke. Then at the end of July neighbor was to be evicted by the 31st. However, neighbor things were still in apartment until the 10th of August. Though, the neighbor that was supposed to be evicted landlord allow neighbor to still come in at night to make loud banging noise all hours of night. Contact landlord about both issues marijuana and continuing noise below me at night. landlord treated me like I was crazy so ignored my complaints made to her up to this date. About three Sundays ago, made complaint about loud noise below me again and marijuana coming through my air vents and landlord text me that same day and said she's breaking the lease and want me off the property in 30 days! All I wanted is a place of quiet enjoyment of my apartment. Because, I don't smoke marijuana and allow neighbor to make loud noise below me I am evicted per text. Neither of these issues are attempted to be resolved so I'm seeking legal assistance about these issues landlord refuse to resolve. I'm on a year lease. Read More
