Came in on move in day to our bathtub being broken after waiting weeks to even be able to see our apartment. There has been multiple times packages were stolen, people have banged on my door late at night, cars broken into, all of this and still no cameras in the hallways in the mid rise building. Maintenance is terrible, they always do temporary solutions to problems and then complain when you bring it up again. They cut out the drain in my tub because it was clogged, so now there is just a... hole instead of a stopper in my tub. We had water damage in our apartment's ceiling due to an incident that happened with our upstairs neighbor and their solution was to spray paint over it. It was hard for us to breathe for days due to the fumes, and our apartment still smells like old dirty water. The amount of bugs I have seen in my apartment are INSANE! It is so so gross. You pay a bug spraying fee every month just for them not to spray. I have tried speaking to people at the leasing office multiple times just for them to "not be in at the moment". I found myself hanging up and calling back immediately just to actually get the person I needed to speak to simply because they were to afraid to talk to me. I would not recommend this place, you can find cheaper apartments with the same quality of living.
