Bennington Heights Apartments

Maintenance isn't what it used to be. Been here for almost 9yrs and we've never had it bad. Maybe short staff idk but my ac was out all summer until I called higher up since the manager didn't help. Finally got it fixed in winter. Other than that it's okay. Prices keep getting higher and yet nothing is updated in thw apartments.

Everything so far has been wonderful. I am a new resident at the property. Marquees and the team have been welcoming and informative on all the things that needed to be done before and after moving in.

I am expecting good amenities and maintenance. Even though I started a new lease, noticed so many issues in apartment. Overall Bennington is decent apartments I liked it so far.

Everything is good except sometimes communication, and need upgrades to appliances , I love the community and amenities , my kids love the pool in the summer , I’d say a newer dishwasher and fridge would put it over the top for me .
