Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism of this staff. I've reached out to them multiple times about a concern I have and they refuse to even get back to me so a solution can be found. This isn't the first time that I've had a concern that got swept under the rug. This business only cares about their bottom line, not the residents who actually pay rent each month who create that bottom line. I will NOT be resigning my lease with them and I'd recommend anyone considering to move... here, DON'T. Lee mas

For as much as we pay for rent this place needs to be updated with at least newer appliances .. and we get charged for water use but to get hot water we have to let it run for at least 5 mins to start getting warm water that is crazy

I really like the room—it's cozy, inviting, and feels like a personal sanctuary. The furniture placement and ambiance create a perfect balance for relaxation and productivity. However, the kitchen is a bit disappointing and doesn’t meet my expectations. The counter space is limited, storage is cramped, and the ventilation isn’t great, making cooking and cleaning more challenging than I’d prefer.

That said, the balcony makes up for it in many ways. It's spacious, with a beautiful view of the... greenery and cityscape. I love spending time there, especially during sunrise or sunset. It’s my favorite spot for unwinding, whether with a book or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

While the kitchen has its drawbacks, the room and balcony together create a living space I genuinely enjoy and appreciate. Lee mas

the maintenance team can be more quick and responsive, other than that I really like the community. I recommend this community to many people.

In general things have been okay, but the neighbors leave dog poop EVERYWHERE and the complex management doesn’t have anyone come and clean it up.
