About Laclede Lofts

Located in the Central West End, Laclede Lofts offers modern living and a convenient location to cater to all lifestyles. You'll love the neighborhood, and the luxury this historic building provides.

Each apartment comes with in-unit washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, designer kitchens, quartz countertops, and efficient LED lighting throughout. Most of the apartments also feature a kitchen island, and some have a sidebar with additional cabinetry above. Complimentary bike storage is provided on the 1st floor for easy access, and there are storage units for rent for $35/month in the garage.

Enjoy the outdoor furnished patio inside the gated lot, and plenty of space to walk your dogs without leaving the property. Tenants on the first floor flanking the lot also have their own patio and immediate access to the garage. In addition, tenants may lease a parking space in the attached gated lot for $55/month or in the building's garage for $85/month.

Utilities: All electric, no gas. Tenant pays for in-unit electric, and prorated water, sewer, and trash. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee.

Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, pet rent is $25/month; with two pets, pet rent is $35/month. Dogs and cats only; no other pets permitted.

All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively . A 630 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian. How Is This Rating Determined?

Property is Good / Management not so great

The building itself is well maintained. Unfortunately management is not professional and it seems like they don't want to do their job. I also recommend writing down every single problem you find on the apartment at the beginning of the lease, as management would make you pay for things that were already in bad condition.
