My experience has been great so far, leasing office and maintenance responds quickly. Apartment is very spacious and in a great area, close to grocery stores etc. Garage spacing is nice also.

I have lived here a long time; it's centrally located, across the street from Wilmer Park... These apartments are spacious, have an attached garage, and basement laundry and storage. Maintenance is personable and helpful, and the huge front window is wonderful!

The property is very outdated ! The rent amount changes monthly . And when asked it’s about the RUBS charges . The garage is very small , and the walls are very thin. I have to hear my neighbors run at all times of the night/morning . The price is not worth all the problems . Will be moving as soon as my lease is up !
