Terrible place
I tried to see a potential apartment to rent at the Fairmont and arrive for my appointment 2 minutes late because the metros weren't running so it took me 25 minutes longer to travel. However, the leasing office employee made sure to leave the leasing office for 20 minutes as soon as I did not arrive at 3:00 PM on the dot. By the time he returned he made sure to not smile at me once and blamed me for the metro issues. He was also quite rude in general and refused to give me any form of tour or... to let me take a look around the building. Basically, he had a temper tantrum when I was not there exactly on time and was trying to make a point to me by closing the office for a long period of time. The only lesson I learned is that I will never rent at this establishment (that also seems to have terrible air conditioning in the lounge area, if they have any at all).
I have never had to deal with such a rude, unintelligent, immature employee in my life. I'll make sure to tell every student I run into about the terrible experience I had with this terrible employee.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We checked in on your complaint. Our staff waited a few minutes for you to arrive, but when you did not they went to take care of another task. They arrived back to the lobby and explained there were... now more appointments and you would need to reschedule. I understand you rescheduled for Friday and will be given a tour and the information you need then if you are still interested. We are sorry the appointment did not work out and we will be happy to help you in the near future.
