Steady Decline
I have been a resident in The Knolls for over 7 years. There was a time when I was very proud of the community. But for the past 2-3 years, things have gone downhill and fast. The grounds are littered with trash, dumpsters are not put into the garbage corals they just sit in the middle of the parking lot, surrounded by trash. Derelict cars sit for months in guest parking spots and under covered parking dusty and unattractive. The noise has become unbearable and it no longer feels like home.... The staff in the leasing office has been very inconsistent since Reeka left and I am unsure who to communicate with as it's seems hard to contact anyone at times. But rent increased. So I feel that I'm paying more to live in a community that is on a consistent decline.
