Great Place to Live
Our current manager Candice is superb. She works hard to improve our home environment. The maintenance team is responsive and does great work. Neighbors too are also fantastic!

Amazing updated units close to everything!
This apartment complex is fantastic! The on-site property manager is excellent to work with, and there’s so much great work being done to improve the property. The large pool and convenient laundry facility make living here an easy choice. I highly recommend it and absolutely love calling this place home!

Harasses and spies on you
Norma harasses and will write inaccurate warning letters at any chance. I left Spencer creek last month after being bullied and harassed by her. She watches what you do and times and dates when you have guests. Weirdest situation I’ve ever been part of. I’ve also heard she tells people they are not allowed to smoke and they’ve found her smoking! They let maintenance staff move in people and numerous children since there is no room in apartments the guest will sit outside with all kinds of... children all day and all night. I’m talking like midnight a 2 year old was found walking the parking lot. I’ve heard other tenants are starting a petition with examples and copies of some of the stuff she’s doing there. Completely bizarre! I told them time to contact the company owns Spencer creek

Spencer creek
I tried to apply and the store manager Norma was very rude and told me I had to make three times the rent and that I would qualify but when I came back with my application she told me I had to make three in a half times the rent and that I wouldn't qualify. I have also called up here and she told me a totally different story. I just wasn't please how every time I tried to apply she told me something different each tome.
