Norma harasses and will write inaccurate warning letters at any chance. I left Spencer creek last month after being bullied and harassed by her. I tried to apply and the store manager Norma was very rude and told me I had to make three times the rent and that I would qualify but when I came back with my application she told me I had to make three in a half times the rent and that I wouldn't qualify. I have also called up here and she told me a totally different story. I just wasn't please how every time I tried to apply she told me something different each tome.
