i like how the unit is updated/modern, but the complex itself is not very clean. the trash cans are always overflowing and the hot tub was green and dirty all summer. i feel pretty safe when the gate is working which is also a plus.

The Community at Aspen is amazing, they provide fun and great ways to get the community involved with each other, so that people can meet and hangout with other residents.

My experience living here has been mostly positive! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and campus. Parking can be a bit limited at times, and I wish there were more community events, but overall it’s been a great place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to students or young professionals looking for a safe and comfortable... apartment community.

I love accessing the gym at all hours! The apartments are really nice and so is the staff. Personally, I haven't used the pool a bunch but maybe next semester. The sand volleyball court is a really nice touch.

The front office has been great, they answered all my questions. I'm loving all of the amenities here, especially the elevator and trash service. I can't wait for the pool to re-open.
