it hasn’t been bad, super quiet and kinda boring. but i don’t mind, however the visitor parking spots seem to always be full of the same cars

The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well as quick to respond. The property is well maintained and I love the pools and lazy river in the summertime. We are very happy with our choice and the rent is reasonably priced too.

We love it here at Kensington place! We’ve never had any issues, the neighbors are all friendly and it’s in a convenient part of town. It’s also pet friendly, our dog gets lots of interaction with other dogs.

Kensington Park Apartments are great and I am happy and grateful to be living here! The front office ladies are always kind and helpful! I put in a request to have our walkways cleaned and they just got power washed a few weeks ago so that is awesome. Maintenance crew is helpful and they always reply in a timely manner.
