It's a pretty great spot just a few minor things that needs to be done but another than that for a 1br 1ba it's a awesome place to be. And I love the balcony view long as it's stable enough.

I moved in on March 15, 2025 & it’s been great. Very quiet, no loud music or noises after hours & very comfortable inside my apartment. I would recommend to all my friends to move here.

The exterminators damaged my kitchen floor when they pulled out the refrigerator. I appreciate the thourogh treatment, but now I am living with a gough in in my floor.

The community is peaceful to live in. But the lack of surveillance is making me anxious. The staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful...
