I give it four stars because I work at a home improvement store and a lot of stuff in the apartment they just paint over or never really fixed it so when you move it’s like you broke it when you didn’t break it it just started falling apart because it was never fixed

So far my experience has been pretty good. The unit is nice and exactly what I was looking for plus being on the bottom floor is a huge perk that I wasn’t even expecting..

Pretty quiet community my neighbors upstairs are a little loud but that’s whatever. The maintenance team is very responsive and they usually respond within 24hrs and will have you back up and running the next day.
