Nice place .... Good Value... Excellent Setting
The complex is convenient to stores and restaurants... Still a peaceful setting and pretty quiet. Well above average apartments....

Not Good
Used to be wonderful but now is filled with very loud pick up trucks running around all day and night. Several residents have many guests every night and take the parking spots from residents. Vehicles are broken down or wrecked and left for weeks. Drunk & loud parties in a couple of apartments are becoming more frequent.
