I've lived here for two years. The mgr. Over chalet apts , Mr. Mike has been really swell. Cool and proffesional guy. Responded to me whenever I called him. Every time i've had an issue with either maintenace or anthing dealing with my apartment was proffesional. Ive liked living at chalet apts because of the price and convience of the area. I had a studio at the time for 395.00 that stayed the same. Good place overall.
