I lived here from 2017-2021 never had no issues all managers they had was pleasant. I never experienced any rats roaches or anything. Maintenance was always timely if anything needed to be done, proper notices were giving when they had to enter apartment for any reason.

Do not stay here y’all they have rats and they basically tells you that you have to live with them. The year I was here has been nothing but problems with air and heating . Dishwashers and garbage disposal continuously messed up then they will not give you anything off your rent when you have continuously had went without air having to make other plans to stay else where. This is the most horrible situation I have ever experienced run away from these apartments to expensive to been what I have... been through

The leasing office is well aware about the rat, mold, and roach infestation between all the buildings and has no plan of action but to say “live with it”

Lived in 2 different apartments and they both had roaches. They tried spraying and moving to a different unit. Dishwasher and toilet had black mold. Price steady increasing and still not getting anything new. Laundry room ALWAYS closed because they washers and dryer are broken. My car was broken into and they stole my gun. Dog poop all over the property! Save your money and move anywhere but here

Living here currently. Leaks in every room...crime riddled...apartments have black mold. Save yourself the time any money only thing good is the location. ????? from here as soon as I can.
