Waste of time

Very unprofessional management! They will not respond to any form of communication from me and it has been weeks.

Don’t unless you actually have to.

If it was possible to do negative star ratings I would. I am a current resident here at Royal Oaks. I am in the 2 bd 1 bath. There are roaches, maintenance is horrible, management is bad, there is HAIR painted into all of our counters and drains, stains in carpet. They have charged us a late fee when we weren’t late. They said they would fix it but “forget” every month when rent is due. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere worth your time and money.

Not worth the trouble!

I would not recommend! They have really bad plumbing issues! I had sewage coming up through my tub and every time it rained my apartment as well as others flooded! Please spend your money elsewhere

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Overly priced to be so old even the outside look a mess. The so called renovations are not really renovated! Can’t even nail nothing on the wall without the wall falling apart, bad paint job, air conditioning issues, hot water heater always knocking making loud noise, worse and disgusting part is the painting over the tub (rotten and molded) it’s painted to make it look good when you move in and they come paint it again when you complain just for it to start back peeling weeks later. Not to... mention when you don’t renew your lease you’re being ripped off when it’s time to pay your last rent.
