The manager Ms. Tate is a horrible manager. She provides only her cell number and no one answers the advertised office phone number. She will ignore and block you. I had to reach out to code enforcement and building inspector about maintenance issues since she blocked me and o had several issues that weren’t addressed. The property isn’t bad just poorly managed.

No one comes to repair anything when you call maintenance or the manager, . A/C was out the entire summer , now there's no heat. Bath tubes leak

Property manager she's a joke, never answers the phone, maintenance is nonexistent. Want fix anything, Property manager says its the company she works for that don't want to fixed anything, but maintenance says it the Property manager it's a blame game, and the tenants are the ones suffering, my mother bathroom ceiling has fell down 3 times, when she runs her dishwasher the water comes up through the tub. That means bad plumbing maybe. It's shows bad character and lack of responsibility.
