Not worth the price
Management is not very receptive to feedback and not proactive. Cars have been broken into quite a bit but instead of making an effort, they posted flyers stating ‘an unlocked car is an invitation to be stolen from’. The only time management is proactive is when property damage occurs to the office/clubhouse areas. When it’s anywhere else, they drag their feet or shrug it off. Also, they play favorites and make promises they cannot keep. Rules are created on the spot (this is a clause in the... lease agreement) and threatening warnings are sent via email or voicemail instead of a polite reminder. Definitely not the friendliest when it comes to interactions. Amenities are often delayed or shut down due to delays in repairs, etc (pool was closed for a while because they couldn’t have the pool gate repaired; front gate took nearly a year to build and they charged for fobs and access to an app to use it when it was finally finished). On a positive note, The groundskeeping staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. It’s a quiet community and mostly peaceful. Rent has been skyrocketing since construction has subsided (this community was a construction site for the past 3+ years).
