Maintenance could be better .. they get to the job but it’ll either be unfinished or a mess left behind.. other den that I’m enjoying my stay here at the social block and townhomes

its an alright place , some problems with stuff in apartment but nothing i cant fix without waiting days for them to finally do something .
alright staff i guess everytime i call for my package they never answer but one time i went like 10-15 min before closing and stopped at the door n called before entering to see if theyd answer cause they hadnt picked up the phone …. funny thing is when i callled i see the worker sitting at the desk ON HIS PHONE ..i call he PICKS UP THE PHONE N PUTS IT BACK... DOWN ignoring me…. i go in and hes literally doing nothing but on his phone
