One leased parking space with the Missoula Parking Commission may be available for an additional $50.00 per month.

Pet Policy: 1 small dog accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $400 refundable deposit, $45 pet rent, and $25 pet application fee per pet. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
