This unit has been renovated to include new, clean, modern fixtures and appliances with large windows to maximize light and space. This unit comes partially furnished with a wardrobe, media cabinet, wall-mounted TV, coffee table, loveseat, and a double bed frame (mattress not included). Cable and internet is also provided (tenant is responsible for the modem and box through Spectrum).

The building's amenities includes bike storage and secured entry, as well as a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement. Enjoy the large ground floor and second floor front porch common areas with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains!
