This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment where everything is SHARED. One individual would pay $750 or $550 for a couple where each would pay $550. We understand that the cost of living in Bozeman is really expensive and want to share our space... with a fun and outgoing couple or individual who wants to build a community and also loves cats since we have two. The space is 420 friendly (but you have to smoke outside), LGBTQ+ friendly, eco-friendly as we recycle, and compost. We will not be accepting any additional animals unless we feel as though your pet would do well with our cats. Your room is the biggest room in the house and our current housemates haven't done anything to the space so you are more than welcome to paint in there. I have included a photo from when we first moved in so that you know what it's going to look like once you move in. We have put a lot of time, money, and love into our apartment and want to share it with people who are going to care and respect the space which means cleaning it and being proactive about cleaning. There's onsite laundry but it's in the basement. There's also a garage which we have claimed but we'd be open to sharing. And last but not least, there's a backyard where we hope to plant a garden.
