Property is just Okay at best

The layouts and space is great but the workmanship is poor. My father had to fix our kitchen sink and bathroom sink upon move in due to MAJOR leaking. All of the walls look like they were painted without it being cleaned first so there is wood pieces and dust in the paint. The adhesive under the flooring leaks up through the seams causing big black sticky areas on the flooring that aren't easy to clean up. Theres hardly anyone ever in the office even during office hours. Also the traffic in the... area backs up so badly from town and the academy that the lines will be backed up to the entrance of these townhomes. Overall you could find places nicer and with more amenitites for the same price.

Look Closely

Not all is as it seems! I lived there for a year. The front door looked like Niel Pert and Phil Collins used it for a drum line competition and termites treated the frame like a Golden Corral. Didn't have a screen on one of the windows. the floor tiles don't stick. Didn't have a working dishwasher for the first two months because they didn't install the breaker. The bedroom fan light never worked. The paint job in the bathroom was a joke; they just painted over old wall paper with a paint that's... prone to surfactant leeching. The closet door is basically made out of prop wood; don't count on the door stoppers to stop it! Bugs bugs bugs everywhere, but thankfully there's enough stray cats to deter rodents for the acreage.

More importantly, when you vacate they ask for your routing info so they can send your deposit back, which per the email from TradeMark confirming the vacate, is supposed to be issued in 3-5 days after moving. The manager then decided to use the state law of 30days as an excuse. Promises of callbacks broken. They also don't take checks anymore, so don't count on a good old fashioned tenant-landlord relationship.
