Here id going down
Be careful when you live here. Only one of trash compactor overflows almost every week. Dog waste piles up. Free vacuum machine for all residents always no power. Office can monitor you all the time when you through away your trash bags and they try to charge someone. Regret to live here.

Awful
I lived in cheaper apartments throughout college and beaver creek is by far the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. We only stayed because the location is great. For two years, every work order took 2+ weeks, 3+ phone calls, and countless emails to get done. The staff will answer your emails or call 1/10 times if that. It took 4 weeks and 3 office visits to get my mailbox key replaced. The trash compactor overflows weekly and has for years so residents leave trash on the ground. Dog waste... piles up and overflows. A very unfortunate place.

Terrible condition would be zero
I cannot wait for my lease to be up.
The management at this location is terrible since they had switched over. Currently, at this moment the dumpster is overflowing into the street along with what was the recycling bin cockroaches and flies are overwhelming the nearby townhomes I have pictures but I cannot post here. They have not repaired my stove which I requested 2 months ago and have reminded them since.
The properties are old with poor insulation don't plan on saving on your electric... bill during the summer or winter. They currently are charging individuals who leave decorations or clutter from the front of their rentals.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION It's not worth the price or a headache.

Find another place!
I lived here from 2014-2015 and it was great. I moved back here because i thought it would be the same. WRONG!. This place has become the WORST place I have ever lived. I signed a long lease and i CAN NOT wait to leave at the end of this year. Let's start with the BAD: The kids. Nobody here watches their kids. A group of about 20-30 kids run around in the parking lots on a DAILY basis. Throwing balls, sticks, riding bikes, etc. I've watched balls hit cars, I've watched these kids throw sticks at... the TV dishes, knocking on peoples doors and running, leaving bikes laying in the middle of the street, Playing in the middle of the street and WILL NOT move when you try to drive though. It's only a matter of time before one of these kids gets seriously hurt. Just today, I was driving home and there was a kid that wasn't even old enough to walk yet, crawling across the street. Over the past 30 days, I've had to slam on brakes 3 times because a kid ran RIGHT OUT in front of me on a scooter. They run around with no respect for anyone. Playing in others yards, hitting cars, and playing target practice with the TV dishes. The walls are SUPER thin. Anything your neighbors do, you WILL hear it. I can hear my neighbors shutting their cabinet doors in the kitchen. That's how thin the walls are. Cops are in here about once a week. I've seen apartments raided, I've seen cars searched, and i get an email about once every 2 months about cars being broke into or stolen late at night. YES...cars have been stolen from the parking lots here and the car break ins happen often. Memorial day is this weekend and the pool still ISN'T open. For the price of this place, You'd think they'd at least have the pool open. NOPE. There is also construction going on though the woods in the rear of the complex so there's a lot of noise during the day. If you need to sleep during the day and must move here, get a place towards the front.
The good: You aren't charged for trash pickup, you get free car vacuum, they have a small gym, and maint will pick up the phone 24/7. Do yourself a favor, and do NOT move here. I regret every day that i signed a lease this long. The end of this year can not come soon enough.

GO THE OTHER WAY!
I have been visiting my sister here for over 5 years and over the past year, I have seen a sever decline of the property. What was once a very attractive community is now a waste land and mine field of dog poop. I beg my sister continuously to move out of the property. People are not courteous with parking they have multiple cars and park them directly in front of their building. I am courteous enough to park in overflow. My sister have called the office staff many times for work order's,... mostly emergencies. They NEVER answer the phone. I understand being busy however, this is obscene! Worst property Ever!
