Trapper’s Keep 1 is a 12 minute walk to ASU and King Street.... Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per tenant, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.

Trapper’s Keep 1 rents between $720-$730 per bedroom, and are on individual leases. Security deposit is the same amount as the rent, with a $50 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Spectrum Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity.
