At your own risk
Wondering why this place seems to good to be true? It’s because it is. They show you the model during the tour, get you to pay the holding, application, and administrative fee. Then, when you see the actual apartment you’re supposed to move into, you’ll be disappointed. Looks and smells old. Doors and windows definitely need to be replaced really bad. The excuse I was told was that the model hasn’t been lived in for over 10+ years. Therefore, the tour was unrealistic of what you’ll actually be... staying in. My advice would be to tour the apartment you’re moving into first before paying anything or you’ll be out of $300 just like me!
