New Owners/Immediate Decline in upkeep
The new staff cares less about the upkeep of this property. Excuses are made regarding basic landscaping. I sensed the problem as soon as they took ownership, the grass was not cut for at least 12 weeks, and the hedges have not been to cut this date. A senior neighbor cleaned up all the mud in the parking lot that was left there for months. To this day this place looks dirty and you will be met with aggression if you bring up your concerns regarding upkeep. You will find massive cockroaches, and... be charged for extermination charges when they never come to exterminate. Please do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. It's not worth the headache unless you are desperate.
