5465 Dutch Cove Rd House

We are hoping to rent our home from as early as mid April and lease it through mid October! Dates are flexible. It will be FULLY FURNISHED including a fully equipped kitchen! This is our family home that we completely renovated a few years ago! We... are currently doing some repairs and updates so do not have pictures of every room or freshly painted pictures yet. Here are some details but I am happy to answer any further questions!
-wifi, water, sewer, lawn maintenance included
-large yard with blueberry bushes, huge cherry trees, and grape vines
-rent amount if dependent on length of lease and if electric, linens, and/or trash pick up would be included or not.
It's a unique situation so please reach out if you think we can work something out! We love this home so much so want to find someone that could enjoy it while loving and caring for it as much as we have. We will consider pets.
