Does not not take care of pest control at a satisfactory manner. Creates maintenance requests, but did not fulfill or fix all issues. Overpriced for the experience.

I have been struggling to find an apartment for roughly a year now, Trinity at the Hill has extended that olive branch and has assisted me tremendously. I have only just moved in but already this is such an upgrade from where I had been living. I am in a renovated unit and the finishings are lovely. Many "upgraded" apartments at this price point are "lipstick on a pig" situations . . . they look "ok" if you don't look too close. This places is actually really lovely. I love the quiet community and the wooded backyard. I also SUPER love that there are windows at both ends of the unit (also hard to come by in an apartment), making it so much... lighter.

It is okay... The area is safe, they could do better with urgently fixing requests. But over all they are good in working with you. It’s been an okay last few months.
