"I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Bell Preston Reserve Apartments! The community is welcoming, and the apartments are spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. The floor plans are thoughtfully designed with plenty of natural light, making the space feel open and airy. The management team is responsive and professional, always ensuring that any maintenance requests are handled promptly. The complex offers great amenities,The location is also ideal, with easy access to public... transportation, shopping centers, and local parks. Mandating /enforcing package service charges

This year Bell Preston is mandating or enforcing to pay $5 package service charges monthly which is on top of the parcel pending subscription not sure why they want to do that, it is inconvenient service, I have lost a couple of parcels in this process rather delivering at the door step. Also, they have increased pest control services from $3 to $5 monthly which is hardly done unless been told to. They keep on adding some or other charges outside the base rent.
