I was not a big fan of knowing that my unit wasn't cleaned before move in and when I washed the carpets they came out FILITHY as in they haven't been cleaned or replaced between tenants who moved in.
I do like that maintenance is pretty quick when you put in a request they come either the next day or within the two days and how large the patio fenced in space is but other than it not just being clean. I have no problem I think the inside of my home is very nice. It's very cute, especially after... being decorated and cleaned. My neighbors are very quiet. I have no issues with them.
