Takes weeks/months for a maintenance request to be resolved…. No communication either.
Everything is old a falling apart yet pricing is just as expensive as the newer townhomes. Uncontrollable amounts of roaches and mosquitos .

Cary Pines is a quiet place. The view I have is pleasant, especially during the spring and fall. The grass here could use a little help, but all in all...Its very nice.
