Don't expect things to get fixed in a timely manner
Unless it’s an emergency, getting maintenance to repair items is a hassle. It’s not done in a timely manner and you have to call and complain to get them to address the issue. I don’t fault the property managers or any staff, nor do I fault maintenance. The people are really nice and they are doing their best. I fault the corporate office for not providing the property sufficient help to this property. This property is older which means more things are going to need repair given the age. N.C.... property laws do not give a timeline on how long a repair needs to be addressed, only “in a reasonable” time frame. So if you are living in an older property such as this one, limited legal protection is given to you . There is value at this complex if you are ok waiting a while to get something fixed. But if you want repairs outside of an emergency done within a week, you probably would want to look elsewhere.
Again, super nice staff trying their best and are probably overworked. CWS (the owners of this property) needs to provide this property more maintenance staff as in my subjective opinion is not adequately staffed given the age of this property.
