We have only been here 72 hours but the staff(Hannah and Nicole) could not have been more helpful with all of our questions both before and after our move in. Our apartment is fabulous and we look forward to a long and happy stay!

This is an easy rating for us to provide for this apartment complex. The property is very well managed and maintained. We are sensitive to maintenance and undoubtedly. there is a high priority to address an issue that is submitted by a resident. The quality of the building is good, however for some, street noise or upstairs noise is an issue. The amenities of the building make this a nice community to live in. The pool, though not heated, is lovely in the hot summers. The Twilight Room is... a community room for anyone to use. The pool table and a large TV area for sports or TV events is well utilized. Direct access to the community Park is ideal for dog walking & enjoying activities in the park. Mail is easily handled in a mail room and a separate package room is secure. All floors are secure and require special access to each floor. The Gym is furnished with appropriate work-out equipment. The dog bathing station helps us keep our fur babies groomed. We will be staying.

Great building, staff, amenities, and community. Proximity to the park is a huge bonus. My only complaint is that parking can get really bad some nights and weekends.
