What I enjoy most about living at Tradition at Stonewater is the perfect balance of comfort, community, and quality. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with just the right amount of activity to feel connected without being overwhelmed.

I moved to North Carolina from Tennessee a year ago. Prior to this I had always lived in my own home. It had been many years since I lived in an apartment. Living here at Tradition At Stonewater has been a very positive experience. The staff are wonderful, and I do enjoy having the opportunity to have a garage. I also appreciate all the amenities.

The front desk staff has been very friendly and caring from move-in through my stay here (6 months). The maintenance staff has been likewise friendly and very responsive. The community is pretty chill and I have not had a negative experience. The area is clean inside and out. Great location for us (central to work, child's school and hobbies) with easy access to Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill.
