Horrible Management
Horrible management team won't listen to tenants for any concern that aren't in original contract. Aggressive pricing policy that scams people by fronting as a Luxury Apartment. Smelled like drugs, raised to management multiple times and said nothing they can do. Avoid at all costs, save your money. The pool is invaded with people that do not live there. Aesthetic of a luxury apartment, management not of one.

We have a very active and involved management, leasing and maintenance team that work together... to ensure no issue or concern is brushed off or left at "nothing we can do," So, your feedback was quote unrepresentative of the level of service we expect from ourselves. As the lease agreement governs any and all aspects of a resident's time with us at Blu, we do have to operate within those legal guidelines in every case, which all residents agree to once they sign their lease. And, if residents or their guests violate said agreement, we work diligently to remedy the situation to the fullest extent possible.
