Overall cleanliness of the property is very poor. I don’t know the last time windows and glass doors were wiped down, elevators mopped, stairways cleaned, or elevator doors wiped off. There is also always something broke: we have been without key fob access for two weeks, have lost access to all interior amenities, have not had access to the rooftop lounge since moving in, and the construction on the outside of the building has made no progress in a month. It is very frustrating to live... somewhere where very little effort and zero attention to detail is put in. I would not recommend anyone to live here if the property keeps up this style of management.
