During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A two-strike policy is enforced for violations of house rules: the first violation will result in a warning, and the second will lead to immediate removal from the property without a refund. This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior. Guests must follow all posted pool rules, and no glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
