This space is not designed for guests with visual or physical impairments. Use of electronic devices (smartphones and apps) is required for check-in, access, and communication. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside and outside the unit and public spaces. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval. We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules: the first violation will result in a warning, and the second violation will lead to immediate removal from the property without a refund. This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior. Filming, photoshoots, or any type of commercial production are strictly prohibited on the property. All guests agree that the reservation is for transient, non-residential purposes only and confirm they maintain a primary residence elsewhere. Proof of primary residence may be required if a guest is suspected of using the unit for purposes other than temporary lodging. Immediate turnover policy is enforced, and guests must vacate the premises by the agreed checkout time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Unauthorized extensions of your stay will be considered trespassing.
