The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure. We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules: the first violation will result in a warning, and the second violation will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior. Filming, photoshoots, or any type of commercial production are strictly prohibited on the property. For stays longer than 30 days, we offer one complimentary monthly cleaning service and a resupply of essentials to keep your space fresh.
