Terrible! Stay away!
I do not recommend this apartment!
Better find another one!
Very bad management!
There are huge cockroaches in the apartment periodically! The parking lot is always dirty and has a disgusting smell of garbage!
The elevators break down very often and take a very long time to fix!
In the common room the communal computer does not work, they can not replace the battery in the mouse, although they have been told to do so, just ignore it.
The coffee machine very often doesn't have glasses.
The pass... systems on some doors often don't work, they are just open.
The common areas are not cared for, there is no water outside near the grills, it is turned off, always. All grills are in poor condition and it is not pleasant to cook anything on them.
The hallway often smells like marijuana, very unpleasant odor!
But the most important thing is the management who just ignores requests.
Jep will answer you 1 message out of 10 and tell you that he doesn't have time to deal with your problems.
I was rented an apartment with an electricity leak and the problem has not been solved for 3 months now. Electricity bills are increasing and the management can not do anything about it, only sends to the energy company (Duke energy), the energy company comes at my request, checks the electric meter and reports that it is in good order. But for a 1 bedroom apartment it's 1300kwh!!! for a month! Bills for $200-300, this is despite the fact that I do not use AC, whaterheater is set to minimum, and from morning to evening I work, and the apartment is not turned on any energy consumers!
All the neighbors I have met have a bad opinion of this apartment complex.
