I love this community. The maintenance and leasing staff are very kind, patient, and efficient. I like the diversity of the community, as well as its convenience to nearby stores and restaurants.

Why do we have to pay for our amenities? If we have community events, it doesn't make sense for after 10 people the rest of us have to pay. The emails don't say that nor do the endless amount of papers in the elevators say that as well is unfair for everyone in this community

Amaze is a nice community with amenities for the whole family. The social aspect is very good for singles to meet up and for the families to also interact.

It is very good so far I have not have any trouble I like going on walks around the apartment very spacious and nice when you want to get steps in
