Good community but they will shut down any events not sanctioned by them and will punish you for it. Very strict rules designed to suck as much money as possible from renters, typical corporate landlord affairs. Oversights include; solid concrete floors to ensure maximum damage when slipping or falling, fog lights directly outside most of the bedroom windows (can't be turned off ever) in combination with the worst blinds of all time (proprietary and can't be changed btw) to make sure you can't... ever get a good night's sleep, but hey at least you get a washer and dryer! Overall, my resident experience has been positive. The community is generally quiet and well-kept, and management has been responsive when issues arise. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and I feel comfortable living here. While there’s always room for improvement, I appreciate the effort put into maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
