It's very nice place to live. I refer to my cousin. She moved in last year. She having very happy life in here everyday. Great event going on time to time. Good food. Good community.

The community is quiet and the grounds are maintained very well. I feel secure. There are camera and a sense of neighborhood watch. My neighbors are nice. In close proximity to my workplace and several entertainment centers.

I love it here. Im glad that i moved here. The staff is nice my apartment is cozy and feels like home. My dog loves the dog park. I will probably be here for a while

Good community but they will shut down any events not sanctioned by them and will punish you for it. Very strict rules designed to suck as much money as possible from renters, typical corporate landlord affairs. Oversights include; solid concrete floors to ensure maximum damage when slipping or falling, fog lights directly outside most of the bedroom windows (can't be turned off ever) in combination with the worst blinds of all time (proprietary and can't be changed btw) to make sure you can't... ever get a good night's sleep, but hey at least you get a washer and dryer! (That somehow fall apart after one month of use). I only recommend living here if you just need a place to live as soon as possible, otherwise there are better places for cheaper.

Overall, my resident experience has been positive. The community is generally quiet and well-kept, and management has been responsive when issues arise. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and I feel comfortable living here. While there’s always room for improvement, I appreciate the effort put into maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
