Hallway is very nasty and dirty. This building is barely two years old but looks twenty. Trash dumpster is disgusting. Sometimes will run over.

Experience has been okay as a resident. Not too satisfied. Parking could be way better as there aren’t enough parking spaces. Apartments are just okay. Management is meh as I do not enjoy going to the leasing office at all. Don’t think that I will be renewing my lease at all.

I wouldn’t recommend them, if you are looking for a good community or one that takes the time to get to know their residents and is welcoming this is not it. Lived there for a long time and front desk said they never met me but I been more than a couple of times…they never answer their emails or calls. If you need a place to stay and that’s it, this would be it. Good apartment space and nice kitchen. Not the safest at night even if they have placed security. strict rules about parking even tho... it’s not at capacity cuz no one moves in. It’s Mostly quiet place and everyone stays to themselves. It’s not very welcoming, even maintenance driving around doesn’t say hi or wave to greet like at other places we stayed at. Only amenities are pool and gym really.

A nice place to live in a wonderful area.. Access to an excellent workout room with great equipment to accomplish your health goals. The swimming pool has a excellent view.
