Great community but could be better. Went days without a/c during the summer reaching 85-90 degrees inside couldn’t get a team to get it resolved for a whole 2 weeks. When trying to reach someone you cant and getting a response isn’t there still waiting a week later on recent request Put in a maintenance request for no one to come and it was put as completed how is it complete when no one came to do anything. Happened multiple times. Charging extra for renters insurance when I already have my... own still no reimbursement

My move-in experience at Avant at Steele Creek was seamless. Julissa and Tika were both friendly and welcoming, making the process easy. Neeka, the property manager, quickly addressed an urgent maintenance issue, which I really appreciated. The apartments are spacious and conveniently located near many amenities. While I’d love to see some upgrades in materials like cabinetry and paint, the price is fair for what’s offered.
