love it here, Nice people. All around here. the staff it off the hook nice, it's Prices are very decent. Food lion is also walking distance.

Overall great community, very quiet, and clean. Close to pretty much everything, and not congested. Would recommend others in the area or ones whom plan to move to Charlotte university area.

I love that it is a Quiet neighborhood. I would like to see the grounds be groomed better. Hedges cut, cobwebs removed, grass cut and edged up nicely. Lights need to be added to sidewalk to apartments.
