Overall great community, very quiet, and clean. Close to pretty much everything, and not congested. Would recommend others in the area or ones whom plan to move to Charlotte university area.

I love that it is a Quiet neighborhood. I would like to see the grounds be groomed better. Hedges cut, cobwebs removed, grass cut and edged up nicely. Lights need to be added to sidewalk to apartments.

Overall love the community, very quite neighborhood, been here for 7 years, have no had any major issues while being here. Rent has increased over the years but overall I would highly recommend others to move here. Staff is very friendly and maintenance as well.
